Introduction

clean the tenderloin and cut it into 8 even pieces. Fry it on a frying pan in 1 tbsp. butter. Cut mushrooms in slices, dates in little pieces and garlic the way you want it. Fry in 1 tbsp. butter.     Incomplete recipe (how much of most items?) and the nutritional info is way off (per serving, uses .06 cups of heavy cream - which would be about 1/2 cup, not 1 cup), but I like the other ingredients - they sound good together! - 10/27/09
