    2 c Fiber One Bran cereal (original)
    ¼ c light butter or light butter spread
    ¼ + 2T caramel ice cream topping
    ½ c + 2T Pecan pieces
    1 c cold milk
    2 pkgs (3.4 oz) Sugar Free/Fat Free Vanilla Pudding
    1 c canned pumpkin
    1t cinnamon
    1t nutmeg
    8oz Fat Free Cool Whip


Preheat oven to 350.

In a blender or food processor, grind cereal to breadcrumb like consistency. Combine crumbs with butter and stir until well mixed. Spray pie dish with nonstick spray and evenly distribute cereal mixture to form crust. Make sure it comes up on the sides of the pie dish as well. Bake for 10 minutes then allow it to cool. Once cool drizzle 1/4c caramel into crust; sprinkle w/ ½ pecan pieces. Beat milk, pudding, pumpkin & spices with wire whisk. Stir in 1 ½ c cool whip. Spread into crust and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Top with remaining cool whip, caramel topping and pecans just before serving.
