Number of Servings: 12


    3 1/2 c mashed pumpkin
    1 can fat free evaporated milk
    1 c egg substitute
    1/2 t salt
    1/4 t cloves
    3/4 c Splenda Brown sugar blend
    2 t cinnamon
    1 t nutmeg


Combine ingredients and mix well. Prepare a glass baking dish (9 x 13) by spraying with Pam. Pour in mixture and put in a 350* oven and bake 55 - 60 minutes. Let cool, when totally set cut into 12 pieces. CAn serve with fat free cool whip.
