Ingredients

    1/2 lb baconsliced and chopped
    4 1/2 cups milk
    1 tbsp butter, unsalted
    2 cups quick cooking grits
    1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated

Directions

Fry bacon until just crispy, drain. In sauce pan brin milk and butter to a boil, add grits, reduce heat stiring for 30 seconds add cheese stir until melted. Stir in bacon. Cook uncovered until grits are tender and creamy, 4-5 minutes. Serve hot.
