    4 boneless skinless breast halves
    2 cups buttermilk
    Tony's and/or salt & pepper


Trim all visible fat from chicken, season w/ Tony's and place in large zip bag or sealable container with buttermilk. Marinate at least an hour or overnight. Line a heavy baking sheet with foil, spray with cooking spray or very thin spread of oilve oil. Pull chicken from bag with tongs, letting most buttermilk drip off. Season once more very lightly with Tony's and broil approximately 5 minutes each side or till meat thermometer reads 160 in thickest part of biggest breast. Remove from oven and cover loosely with foil for 5-10 minutes before serving.
