Introduction

Ingredients

    8 Shady Brook boneless turkey breast chops
    1 cup onions, diced
    2 tablespoons EVOO
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tablespoons Heinz Worcestershire sauce
    1 teaspoon chili powder
    4 tablespoons Splenda Brown Sugar
    3/4 cup Heinz no salt ketchup
    1 teaspoon black pepper
    3/4 cup water

Directions

Heat oil and saute onions until lightly brown. Add all other ingredients. Cover and simmer about 20 minutes. Put chops + other ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low 8-10 hrs. Shred chops with a fork. Serve hot on Joseph's lavish bread or pita pockets (not in nutritional info).
