    2 Bunches of kale
    or one of kale and one or two of turnip greens
    2 or 3 lbs Chuck beef
    2-3 lbs crumbled chorizo
    8-10 potatoes cubed
    3 cans light red kidney beans
    1 onion
    2 packets of sazon
    Large beef broth
    Pinch hot pepper optional
    Couple of squirts ketchup
    Salt & pepper


Cook beef with whole peeled onion in large pan of water. Do not boil.
Add cherico
You can add beef broth.
Cook until done.
Add washed and torn kale.
Let cook for a while..45 minutes or so.
Add potatoes and salt and pepper
Cook for another 45 minutes testing often.
Add ketchup and hot pepper if wanted.
Once done drain kidney beans and add to soup.
Cook for about another half hour or so.
Makes at least 12 servings
