    1 lb.ground turkey
    1.25 oz, pkg of hot chili seasoning mix
    2 15.5 oz. can Chili Beans
    1 14.5 oz. can Stewed Tomatoes
    2 15.5 oz. can dark red kidney beans
    16 oz Thick and Chunky Medium Salsa
    1 Cup chopped onion
    3 cloves minced garlic
    1 Red Pepper chopped
    Salt and Pepper to taste


In a skillet or big pan, cook ground turkey, hot chili seasoning, salt and pepper, garlic and onion and red pepper until meat is browned. Add chili beans, kidney beans, stewed tomatoes and salsa and simmer until all ingredients are hot. Makes approx 16 one cup servings.

  • This recipe is incredible. The only way I would change it is instead of using the medium chunky salsa I would use the mild. My mouth is still tingling. Otherwise it is excellent. - 12/9/08
