    9 Jalapeno Peppers
    1 Slice Fried Crumbled Bacon
    1 Cup Shredded cheese
    4 oz. Cream Cheese


Cut the Peppers in half long ways and remove the seeds. Cook the peppers 2 to 3 minutes for spicey or 5 minutes for unspicey. Drain and place aside. Meanwhile fry your bacon until crispy. Set aside until it cools down enough to crumble. Mix cream cheese and cheddar cheese together. Place the peppers on a baking pan at 400F for about 8 minutes or until looking like they are drying and some what crispy. Layer the peppers with the crumbled bacon. Then top with the cheese mixture. Place back in the oven for about 5 minutes. let cool for about 5 to 10 minutes and enjoy:)
