    Milk, nonfat, 0.50 cup
    Margarine, soft, 6.00 tsp
    Sweet potato, 4.00 sweetpotato, 5" long


Boil whole sweet potatoes until a butter knife easily pierces the potatoes. Remove potatoes from the water. Cut potatoes in half and sqeeze one half over a mixing bowl. The skin should fall right off and the potato should fall right into the mixing bowl. Add margarine and milk to the mixing bowl. Mix with a hand mixer or mash with a potato masher. Serve and enjoy! :)
