Ingredients

1 Angel Food Cake (premade is easiest to handle)
1 container of Cool Whip Free (defrosted)
1/2 cup Key Lime Juice
1 can Condensed Milk
Directions
If you have a premade angel food cake , cut it horizontally three times . Try to make them even for best despersement. If you dont have pre made cake, Use a box mix, It saves you time and money!!! follow directions of the box to a T. Cool cake completely before working with it. Always use serated edge knife.
In Large mixing bowl beat the condensed milk and lime juice together until really thick. This takes approximately 10 minutes on medium speed. Once thick, take the defrosted cool whip and slowly fold in using spatula. Let sit three minutes.
Place bottom slice of cake on a decorated plate or cookie sheet. spread a nice dollup on cake bottom add second layer of cake repeat on that layer with the dollup of key lime mix. place on top layer. cover entire cake with remaining key lime mix. If you like it thinner use less. If you want to Jazz it up between each layer add strawberry slices. Decorate with Coconut for more flair.
