Ingredients

    1 long cracker Honey Maid Graham-Low Fat Honey
    2 tbsp Flax Seed Meal
    1 tsp Butter Buds
    1 tbsp EAS 100% Whey Protein-Vanilla
    1 tbsp Silk, Vanilla Soymilk

Directions

mix all the dry ingredients together.
add the milk to help it all stick together.
once it gets sticky, push towards the bottom of a cup or bowl.
pour fruit, yogurt, lowfat cheesecake or pumpkin pie on top. YUMMY!
