Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups of Land O Lakes Light Spreadable Butter with canola Oil

    2 cups of firmly packed Splenda Brown Sugar Blend

    1 cup of Splenda granulated

    1 cup of egg beaters

    2 tsp. vanilla

    3 cups of wheat flour

    2 tsp. baking soda

    2 tsp. cinnamon

    6 cups of Quaker Quick cooking Oats

    2 cups of raisins

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Beat butter, granulated Splenda and Brown Sugar Splenda in a large bowl until creamy.

Add eggbeaters and vanilla; beat well.

Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon and mix well.

Stir in oats and raisins; mix well.

Use a cookie scoop or 1 1/2 tsp measure each cookie, and drop onto an ungreased cookie sheet

Bake until golden brown (10-15 min.)

Let cool and transfer to a cookie rack after 1 min.
