Great lunch for home or work. Great lunch for home or work.

    1/2 avocado
    baby spinach
    1 tbsp miracle whip fat free
    4 oz chicken breast (left overs works great)
    1 tsp parmesan cheese
    2 whole wheat pita or wraps (WW ones are good)


i used my bullet blender but you could use a minichopper or any item that will chop and mix. All all ingredients except the pita to the chopper. Blend. May require a little water to mix well. top pita. May add toppings like tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms. Enjoy. Makes a great lunch on the go.
