    3 oz.. fajita chicken breast strips(schwans)
    1 T. olive oil
    2 c. yellow carrot stir fry mix (frozen)
    1 T.garlic
    2. pepper jelly or any
    crushed red pepper(to liking)
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp.corn starch
    2 T. water


heat oil
place in chicken and veggies
when not frozen anymore place in the rest of ingredients. make sure to mix corn starch with water before adding.
may be served over rice or noodle. I enjoy plain
