Ingredients

    2/3C Vegetable Oil
    1C Sugar
    1 Egg
    1/4C molasses
    1 3/4C Flour
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder

Directions

With electric mixer, mix oit, sugar, molasses and egg. Sift together dry ingredients and add to oit mixture. Roll into 1" balls and roll in sugar. Bake at 350
