    1 package of lean ground turkey
    1/4 c. carrot puree
    approx 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 garlic clove
    approx 1 tbs parsley
    2 tsp rosemary
    2 tbs. flax seed


combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, and shape into golf-ball sized meatballs. Place on brioler pain (or corning dish), and cooking in over at 400 for aproximatly 20-30 minutes.
