Introduction

Ingredients

    6 oz. Dreamfield's Rotini noodles (dry)
    1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef
    1 bag Bird's Eye Steam Fresh Broccoli, Carrots, Sugar Snap Peas, and Water Chestnuts
    2 cans lowfat cream of mushroom soup
    100 grams red potato, baked & diced
    1 medium slice onion, diced
    1/2 soup can of water
    1 can mushroom pieces & stems, undrained

Directions

Makes 4 1/2 2 cup servings

Boil pasta as directed on box. While boiling, brown ground beef in skillet and cook Bird's Eye Veggies in microwave.

When beef is almost finished browning, add potatoes and onion, cook until tender.

Drain pasta, then add soup, water, and mushrooms to pasta pot. Heat throroughly, then stir in ground beef mixture and pasta.
