Number of Servings: 6


    8 oz. Grilled Chicken, cut in strips
    1.5 cups Butternut Squash sliced bite size
    .5 cup Green Peppers fresh, strips
    1.5 cups Red Peppers fresh, strips
    9 Baby Carrots, sliced ringlets
    1 cup Broccoli, bite size
    1.5 cup Cauliflower, bite size
    7 Grape Tomatoes, cut in half (or thirds)
    2 cloves Garlic, finely diced
    2.5 tbsp Olive Oil
    dash Salt
    dash Pepper
    dried Basil to taste
    (optional) Sesame Seeds


Makes 6 servings
While cutting and chopping vegetables, grill chicken. Heat olive oil on low, sautee garlic, add vegetables. When vegetables are almost done, add strips of chicken. Serve with rice or whatever else you're preaparing. Enjoy
