Introduction

I love cheeseburgers, but hate the calories. So I made them smaller!

Serves 8

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

8 brown and serve dinner rolls
1 lb extra lean ground beef
2 slices 3/4 oz. American cheese
    2 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp pepper

Directions

Cook the dinner rolls according to package instructions.

Mix the garlic and powder into the ground beef. Separate the meat into 8 2oz. portions (I split the meat into 4 portions, and then split those portions in half.) Press the meat into very thin patties.

Slice each piece of cheese into 4 pieces.

Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. Once you flip the burgers, put a piece of cheese on each patty.

Once the rolls are done, let them cool for a few minutes before slicing in half and adding a patty.

Add whatever toppings you like to your burger!
