Ingredients

    16 oz. Stew Beef Cubes (diced )
    1 Cup diced onions
    1 Cup diced celery
    1 Can Red.Sodium Beef Broth
    1 Can Red.Sodium Chicken Broth
    1 Tsp. Beef bouillion granules
    5 cups water
    1/4 Tsp. Dried Parsley
    1 Bay Leaf
    Dash Garlic Powder
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    1 Cup Frozen Peas and Carrots
    6 oz. Egg Noodles

Directions

Put all ingredients except peas and carrots and egg noodles in crockpot. Cook on low approximately 6 hours. Add peas and carrots and cook about 1/2 hour. Add egg noodles and cook until noodles are done.

Makes approximately 8 1-cup servings
