Introduction

I took my favourite recipe & modified it. I took my favourite recipe & modified it.
Number of Servings: 39

Ingredients

    2 large eggs beaten
    2 cups of ripe bananas mashed
    2 Tbsp Becel light melted

    2 cups whole wheat flour
    dash of salt
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 & 1/2 tsp baking powder
    2 cups Splenda (no cal sugar replacement)

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350 F

Combine all wet ingredients in one bowl and the dry in another.

Make a well in the dry ingredients & add wet ingredients. Stir well to mix

Spray mini muffin tins with no cal cooking spray. Add mixture by spoonfuls.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until toothpick comes out clear.

Good to eat with no sugar jam.
