    8 oz vermicelli
    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
    1/4 cup bread crumbs, seasoned
    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray
    14.5 oz can diced tomatoes


Makes 4 servings

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit
2. Spray baking pan (9x12) with non-stick cooking spray.
3. Combine parmesan cheese and bread crumbs in a dish or ziploc bag.
4. One at a time, at chicken breasts and coat with bread crumb mixture on all sides. Place in baking pan.
5. Spray each chicken breast with butter spray.
6. Add diced tomatoes to pan so that chicken is surrounded but not covered.
7. Bake 25 minutes or until juices on chicken run clear when pierced with a fork.
8. Meanwhile, prepare vermicelli according to package directions, drain, and keep warm.
9. Serve chicken over the vermicelli.
