    2 lbs Lean ground beef
    1 small onion
    1 C finely crumbled feta cheese
    4 tsp garlic
    2 egg
    2 tbs olive oil
    2 tbs oregano
    2 tbs and 2 tsp red wine vinegar
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper


Combine everything in a larg imxing bowl. Knead to combine, being careful not to overmix.
Oil a 9x13 baking dish. Shape meat mixture into 80 meatballs. Place in a single layer in the baking dish and bake until cooked through, 12 to 15 minutes

  • Yum Yum Yum! This was really great recipe that can bused for so many different things. Since there was no temperture given, we baked them for 13 minutes under the broiler. Wooked out just fine. Thanks for the recipe ! - 3/21/13
