Ingredients

    6 oz can crab meat, drained
    1/4 cup bread crumbs
    1 egg, scrambled
    1.5-2 TBLSPN tartar sauce
    crushed ginger
    crushed garlic
    cayenne pepper
    olive oil to drizzle

Directions

mix everything but the olive oil and form into patties. spray foil with Pam spray on a cookie sheet to crisp up the bottom. drizzle with a tiny amount of olive oil and bake 10-15 minutes on 325.
