Ingredients

    6 Garlic Cloves
    2 Small white onions
    1 bushell of cilantro
    1/4 -1/2 cup of white or red wine vinegar
    2tbs of olive oil
    1/8 cup of water
    Sea Salt to taste

Directions

Blend onion, garlic, water & vinegar. Then add cilantro - blend. Add olive oil & Sea Salt to taste - blend for 10 more seconds.

Refridgerate - will last for up to a week in fridge and is a great low cal dipping sauce!

    Incredible!
    This was good! I enjoyed it! I did make a couple of changes - I used balsamic vinegar because I didn't have red or white wine vinegar and I accidentally forgot the olive oil Still good, though. We used it with steak for a low-sodium dipping sauce. VERY good! - 2/25/10
