Introduction
This is an old recipe handed down through my family. The nutrition information is for 50 biscuits but I can often make more, or less, it depends on the size and shape of the cutters. Please note that the prep time of 20 minutes does not include the 1-4 hours it takes for the dough to cool to a workable temperature. This is an old recipe handed down through my family. Bake at 180C/325F/Gas 4 for 15-20 minutes.
