    2 rolls ground turkey
    2 cans black beans
    2 cans pinto beans
    2 cans sweet corn
    fat free sour cream
    (whole wheat tortillas optional)
    2 packs taco seasoning
    shredded chedder cheese


First thing you do is brown your ground turkey. Once this is done add the taco seasoning with 1/4 cup of water. Once this is done open up all of your cans and stir them in with the ground turkey and cook until you can see some juice rise to the top. After that you can place in a bow or on a tortilla with some sour cream and salsa and some shredded chedder cheese. It is very yummy and usually makes about 12 servings so it will last you a few days.
