Number of Servings: 24


    2 pkg. Active Dry Yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 c lukewarm FF milk
    1/3 cup Splenda
    1/3 cup - Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread
    3 tsp. - baking powder
    2 tsp. - salt
    1 - egg
    5 cups - Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
    4 TBS - Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread
    1/2 cup Splenda
    1.5 TBS - Cinnamon
    1c - Splenda
    1TBS - Fat Free Milk
    1/2 tsp - vanilla


Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in milk, 1/3 cup Splenda, 1/3 cup Smart Balance, baking powder, salt, egg and 2-3 cups of the flour. Beat until smooth. Mix in enough remaining flour to make dough easy to handle. turn dough onto well floured board; knead until smooth and elastic, 8-10 minutes. Place in greased bowl. Cover and let rise in warm place until double.

Punch down dough, divide in half. Roll 1 half into a rectagle. Spread with 1/2 of the remaining butter. Mix 1/2 cup of Splenda with the cinnamon; sprinkle half the Splenda cinnamon mixture over rectangle. Roll up, beginning at wide side. Pinch eadge of dough into roll to seal. Repeat process with remaining half.

Cut rolls into slices. Let rise in a warm place until double in size. Heat oven to 350. Bake until golden, 30-35 minutes. Frost with Splenda Frosting while warm.

For frosting:
Mix all frosting ingredients.and stir until smooth and of spreading consitency.
