    1.25 c nutritional yeast
    1/4 block tofu
    1.5 c rice milk
    2 T canola oil
    garlic powder
    2 t soy sauce
    2 t mustard
    1/2 block vegan rella, grated
    1 package morningstar farms crumbles or equivalent


cook pasta and preheat oven to 400F

while pasta cooks, combine all other ingredients except crumbles and veganrella in a bowl or blender, and blend well.

drain pasta, in a large bowl combine pasta, sauce mixture, crumbles, and half the grated veganrella.

Pour into baking dish, top with remaining veganrella, cover with foil, and bake until heated through. remove foil and bake another 5-10 minutes until browned on top.
