    1-1.5 yellow peppers, cut in 1"x1" pieces
    1 large sweet onion chopped
    1 28oz jar of pasta sauce (mine had 80 calories and 3 grams of fat per serving)
    1 20oz package of ground turkey (93% lean)
    1TBSP olive oil


Saute' the peppers and onions in the olive oil.
Brown the ground turkey in a separate pan. Add Italian spices to your liking.
Add the peppers and onions to the browned turkey.
Pour in the jar of pasta sauce and heat thoroughly.
Enjoy over pasta or your favorite veggies like broccoli, cauliflower, green beans or spinach! Delicious!
