Ingredients

    8 slices whole wheat bread, toasted and cubed
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 can chicken broth 99% fat free
    1 stick I can't believe it's not butter
    1/2 LB pork sausage
    1 large potato
    seasonings


Directions

Saute onion and celery in butter until soft. Brown sausage. Chop potato into cubes and cook in small pot of water until just starting to get soft, drain. Heat chicken broth. MIx all ingredients. Season to taste with salt, pepper, poultry seasoning. Cook in a 325 degree oven for 35 minutes. I usually cool overnight and stuff a turkey.
