So easy to make, and tastes great for a cold night! So easy to make, and tastes great for a cold night!
Number of Servings: 10


    2 chicken breasts
    1 can black beans
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can cream of chiken soup, 98% fat free
    1 can chicken broth
    1 bag frozen corn
    2 cans rotel
    1 package spanish rice
    tortilla chips


Boil chicken until done. Cut into bite size pieces. In a separate pot combine diced tomatoes, rotel, and spanish rice and cook following directions on the rice package. Let simmer for about 20 minutes. After rice is done add all other ingredients to the rice/tomato mixture and let simmer. Add water until soup is at preferred consistency.

Serve with tortilla chips and top with cheese.
