Ingredients

    1/2 cup Splenda brown sugar blend, packed
    1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
    1 cup Bisquick Heart Smart baking mix
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    1/2 lb cream cheese, softened
    1/4 cup granulated Splenda
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    2 tsp milk, fat free
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 egg

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine Splenda brown sugar blend and butter in a bowl and mix until well blended. Stir in baking mix and walnuts until mixture is crumbly. Reserve 1 cup. Press remaining mixture in a 9 in. square baking pan with fingers floured with baking mix. Bake 12 minutes.

Remove from oven and allow to come to room temp.

Combine cream cheese and granulated Splenda in a bowl and mix well. Beat in remaining ingredients until smooth. Spread cream cheese mixture over layer in pan. Sprinkle with reserved crumbly mixture. Bake about 25 minutes, until center is firm. Cool and cut into bars.
