Ingredients

    Cold Water, 6 cups
    Swiss Chard stems, 4 cup, chopped
    McCormick's Vegetable Bouillon 3 cubes
    Garlic, 2 clove minced
    Onions, raw, 2 slices diced small
    Sweet potato, 2
    Lentils, 1 cup

Directions

Bring water to a boil and add all ingredients. Bring ingredients and water to a light boil and then turn stove down to a simmer. Let simmer for about 2 hours or until all vegetables, especially potatoes are soft.
