    1 medium size onian
    1 medium size eggplanet
    1 medium size potato
    1 small size capiscum
    1 large tomato
    1 tablespoon tomato paste
    1 tablespoon kanola oil
    small amount of salt and few drops of lemon juice


1-cut all the vegitable in slices
2- in al arge pan put the oil and arrange the slices in it.
3-put the tomato paste and stir some water untill the vegitables is just covered .
4- add the salt and lemon juice and let to be coocked for about half to one hour .
5-serve it as it is or garnish it with fresh mint.
