    1 tsp ground cumin
    1 tsp chili powder
    1/2 tst paprika
    1/2 tsp lemon pepper
    1/8 tsp salt
    1 lb pork tenderloin


Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine first 5 ingredients, rub over pork. Place pork on a jelly roll pan. Bake for 25 min. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
