    Eckrich Skinless Smoked Sausage
    Hurst's HamBeens 15 Bean Soup
    Paprika, 4 tbsp
    Tabasco Sauce, 1 tsp
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 3 tsp


Soak the beans for at least three hours in hot water, drain and put into slow cooker. Add ten cups of water and all the seasonings.

Cut the sausage into bite size pieces and add to soup. Simmer in slow cooker for about 8 hours on low, or 4 hours on high.
