Introduction

A satisfying smoothie to enjoy for breakfast or before or after working out. A satisfying smoothie to enjoy for breakfast or before or after working out.

Ingredients


    2 cups Rice milk
    1 *Bannana (frozen) ( about 91 grams/3 oz)
    1 tablespoon Honey
    2 tablespoons Almond Butter
    1 teaspoon Vanilla

Directions

* Let bannana ripen first in this way it will be sweeter. Peel ripened bannanas and store in freezer bag for easy retrieval later. *

Mix all ingriendients in a blender until mixxed well.
Serve and enjoy!

    it sounded so good I had to make it but used almond extract in place of almond butter.
