Homemade spicy chicken/pepper stir-fry without the bag; serve over rice or pasta of your choice. Can add more or less spice depending upon your taste. Ingredients

    3 large boneless, skinnless chicken breasts
    1-2 Green Bell Peppers
    1-2 Yellow Onions
    4 garlic clove pieces
    1 can diced tomatoes (or ripe tomato)
    1 tbsp Soy Sauce
    Pepper (black peppercorn)
    1 tbsp All Purpose Greek Seasoning
    1 tbsp Kalbi Seasoning
    1-2 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil

Directions

Cut green pepper & onion into strips; chop garlic clove; cut chicken breast into small strips; drain tomatoes; stir-fry vegetables, chicken, & seasoning in pan with olive oil for 20 minutes; add soy sauce half way through cooking time.
