    1 pound chuck tender steak
    1.5 tbsp canola oil
    .5 c red onion, thinly sliced
    6 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
    1 jalapeno, thinly sliced
    6 tsp hot curry powder
    1 c beef broth
    4 lime wedges


Heat large skillet over medium high heat. Coat pan with Pam. Place beef in skillet, cooking 1 minute on each side. Remove and keep warm. Lower heat to medium. Add oil to pan. Add onion, garlic, and jalapeno. Cook until tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in curry powder and stir constantly for 30 seconds. Add beef back into pan with broth. Stir, reduce heat, and simmer for 1 to 2 hours. Uncover and let stand for 10 minutes for sauce to thicken. Makes 4 1-cup servings. Serve with 1 cup rice and 1 lime wedge.
