    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup
    Brown Sugar, 1.5 tsp unpacked
    Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp
    Baking Soda, .75 tsp
    Salt, 1 dash
    Milk, nonfat, 1.5 cup
    1 tsp white vinegar
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    *Blue Bonnet Light Margarine, 1 tbsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 0.5 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, dash


Combine dry ingredients and sift together.

Measure out milk and add vinegar. Let sit at room temperature until milk thickens - you'll get the taste of buttermilk without the fat

Add all wet ingredients to dry ingredients, and combine thoroughly, but do not overmix - overmixing will make your pancakes tough and not fluffy and tender, as they should be

cook portioned out batter on a griddle set to medium heat. Flip when edges are golden and bubbles have popped.
