    1 lb. venison sausage
    1 cup chopped onion
    8 oz. barilla plus rotini
    1 qt. frozen corn, thawed and drained
    1 can mushrooms, crained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, I use homemade
    1-8 oz. pkg. fat-free cream cheese, softened
    1/4 cup diced pimientos, opt.
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 cup milk


Brown sausage and onion together. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Mix everything together and place in a crock pot. Heat on low for 3-4 hours or on high for half that. Makes 10 generous 1-cup servings.
