    1 1/2 c. crushed pecans
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp Ms Dash
    1 tsp dried parsley
    2 egg whites
    4 servings of boneless,skinless, chicken breast- pounded to 1/4 in. thickness.


Almost completely thaw breast, pound to 1/4 in. thickness with mallet.
Grind or pound pecans to fine as possible, add 1st 3 ingredients & mix well. Whisk egg whites & alternately dip breast in egg & pecan mx. Place on a foiled baking sheet & Bake at 400* for 25-30 min. till brown & juices run clear.

    wonderful recipe. I used pecan meal. I get it at GFS marketplace, it is cheape than whole pecans and all the work is already done. - 2/18/09
