    2 pounds cooked ground beef
    add taco season ( two packages) per directions
    add favorite vegtables ( frozen or fresh)
    mix bisquick, milk, eggs and a dash of pepper
    pour over ground beef in a large cassarole dish
    bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes
    let cool for 10 minutes
    spread sour cream and sprinkle cheese on top. add garnishment of lettuce shredded , peppers, olives etc..


Pre heat oven to 400 Degrees
cook ground beef and add taco seasoning according to package add chopped vegtables and onions, cook until vegtables are warm all the way through. place cooked beef in large cassarole dish. mix bisquick, eggs, milk and a dash of pepper, mix throughly and then pour over ground beef. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. let cool out of oven for 10 minutes or more and spread sour cream over top add cheese and feel free to garnish iwth additional shredded lettuce, olives, peppers etc. This recipe makes about 12 peices and is great warmed up for left overs.
