    6 egg whites
    1 cup of oats (not the instant kind)
    1 cup of nonfat cottage cheese
    1tsp of cinnamon
    1tsp of vanilla


In a blender mix all of the ingredients together.
Heat griddle to 350 degrees
Use 1/4 cup of batter per pancake
Flip pancakes after about 3 minutes
Cook for an additional 2 minutes
This recipe makes 10 pancakes
