    1lb ground buffalo meat
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup chopped green pepper
    1 cup diced tomoatoes (undrained)
    1 6oz can tomato paste
    1 tsp dried oregano
    3/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp pepper
    6oz angel hair pasta, cooked and drained
    1 tbsp butter, melted
    2 egg whites, lightly beaten
    1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
    1 cup fat free cottage cheese
    1/2 cup shredded fat free mozzeralla cheese


Cook meat, onion, and gree pepper until meat is no longer pink. Drain - stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, salt, garlic powder, and pepper - set aside.

In large bowl combine the pasta, butter, eggs whites, and parmesan cheese. Press into a 9 inch deep pie plate coated with no stick spray. Top with the cottage cheese and meat mixture.

Bake uncovered at 350 for 20 mins. Sprinkle with mozzeralla sheese and nake 5-10 more mins longer or until cheese is melted.
