This is very good! It makes 24 servings.
If you don't add nuts it would drop the calorie count 50+ calories a slice.

Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    skimmed milk canned 1 can (12 oz.)
    Egg, 3 large
    Splenda 3/4 cup
    *Pumpkin Pie spice, 4 tsp
    (or 1 tsp ground each of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, all spice.)
    100% pure pumpkin 1 can.
    white cake mix, 1 box
    Walnuts, 2 cup, chopped
    Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Light melted, 1 cup

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Grease botton of 13x9x2 pan . Mix first 6 ingredients. Pour into pan. Sprinkle cake mix evenly over mixture. Top with nuts. Drissle melted butter over top. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes. Cool completely. (leftovers in the fridge)
Very good with cool whi or vanilla ice cream!
Hint: you could subsitiure with yellow cake mix, butter pecan, or french vanilla cake mixes.
