My whole family likes this! It is awesome on greek yogurt. I figured out that 1 tbsp = 28 calories. I used 2 tbsp in a 4 oz Oikos yogurt for a total of 146 calories. - 3/15/10

I made this today and it tastes really good. I omitted the salt though. My husband has high blood pressure and doesn't need in his food. It also tastes better without it. - 2/14/09

Sounds absolutely yummy!! I love the idea of making my own granola and knowing exactly what's in it--as opposed to buying it at the store! - 2/6/10
