    1 pound of 96% ground beef
    3 medium potatoes cubed, cooked
    1 14.5 oz can of Del Monte Garlic and onion tomatoes
    1 medium onion chopped
    1 pound package of frozen mixed vegetables
    1 5.5 oz can of V-8
    2 teaspoons Garlic salt


Brown ground beef with chopped onion over medium high heat until cooked through.
Stir in tomatoes and cooked potatoes.
Reduce heat, add frozen vegetables, V8 and garlic salt and cover.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Serves 8
